The Power of Low Time Preference

Grand risings to you friend.

Today, we’re diving into a concept that’s fundamental to all areas of life: low time preference.

Now, what does that really mean? In essence, having a low time preference means committing to actions today that may not yield immediate results but will lead to significant benefits tomorrow. Whether we’re talking about building wealth, strength, wisdom, or health.  It is all about patience and consistency.

Let’s be real—transformative health, mindset and spiritual interventions aren’t magic beans. They won’t have you feeling like a giant overnight. Many of the changes we’ll discuss are gradual, and that’s alright. The truth is, it takes time to cleanse our bodies of toxins accumulated from various sources—processed food, smoking, environmental pollutants, you name it. I speak from experience, having embraced bad habits during my younger years that took time to change. But trust me, the time spent today is an investment in your future well-being.

Prepare yourself. Make peace with the journey ahead, and be ready to dig in and find it. The recommendations we share will extend your lifespan and enhance your quality of life. You will be happier—that's a promise.

Expect not just minor shifts, but significant leaps in your consciousness. It truly will be worth every effort.

Remember, we’re not just building for today; we’re building for tomorrow. Progress may seem small at first, but the key is to cultivate it a little bit every day. Yes that is pure cheese, but it is also an essential truth.

So, to sum it all up:

  • Low Time Preference: Embrace the idea of working today for the rewards of tomorrow, whether in health, wealth,  wisdom or consciousness.  People will always want what you have, not what you did to get it.  Be proud of the journey and your conduct on it.

  • Patience is Key: The health actions we propose will bring benefits gradually. Some effects may be felt in a matter of days, while others build up over the course of a month or more.

  • Embrace the Journey: Be prepared for the process. The changes you will make can lead to a longer, healthier, and happier life. Your consciousness will expand, and you'll discover joy in the journey.

  • Build for Tomorrow, Today: Each small step contributes to your overall well-being. A shining future is the result of daily commitments.

Remember, you are a spiritual being having a physical experience.  The idea if to learn lessons and remember who you are.
