Today, we're diving into a crucial topic that affects our daily lives—Wireless Broadband in our homes. While we can't control the non-native electromagnetic pollution that exists outside, we can certainly take steps to create a healthier environment within our own spaces.

You might wonder why this is even a concern. Well, countries like France and Russia have banned wireless broadband in schools due to the potential negative impacts on children’s brain development. Influential figures, such as Tony Robbins, opt for wired internet at home, underscoring a growing awareness of the implications of wireless technology.

 

The frequency of Wireless Broadband is 2.4 GHz, which is alarmingly similar to that of a domestic microwave. Microwaves work by exciting water molecules, generating heat to cook food. While wireless technology isn’t as powerful, prolonged exposure can have a drying effect—not just on food but on our bodies and brains. Picture your child sleeping under a blanket of non-native electromagnetic radiation. It’s a thought worth considering.

 

Practical Steps to Mitigate Exposure

 

So, what can you do to protect yourself and your family from the potential hazards of wireless broadband? Here are some actionable tips:

Wired Connections: For spaces where you spend a lot of time, like your office, consider using wired broadband. Run a cable from your router to your devices. This simple change can significantly reduce your exposure to harmful frequencies.

 

Router Management - In your home, you can manage your router's usage. I recommend running your router during the day and switching it off between 10 PM and 8 AM. This not only minimizes EMF exposure while you sleep but also fosters a healthier environment for everyone.

 

Grounding - Grounding, or earthing, involves making direct contact with the Earth’s surface, which can help mitigate the effects of EMF exposure. I personally sleep grounded with a mat under my bedsheet, and I find it beneficial for my well-being.

 

Crystals and Stones - Many people believe that certain crystals can help absorb or deflect electromagnetic radiation. I keep Shungite and Organ on my bedside table and in my daughter’s room as a protective measure.

Discussing the dangers of 5G and electromagnetic fields (EMF) might earn you some raised eyebrows, but the safety of these technologies isn’t clearly established.
